Make Korean Famous Street Food : Mango HOTTEOK*, Korean Pancake
Hotteok (Korean hot cake) is a kind of Korean street food. This is famous for especially in winter season. But I am making it as a cool summer dessert^^
The hot cake, sweet ice cream, and sour ice mango would be the best combination of flavor.
Cooking Ingredients
Korean Pancake mix, Ice mango, Ice cream (with your favorite taste, but I recommend the vanilla flavor), some syrup (If you want more sweetness)
How to make Korean pancake, Hotteok
1. Dissolve yeast in warm water
2. Add yeast to the dough and mix well
3. Cut off the dough into suitable sizes and make it in a little small bowl shape
4. Add sugar to the small bowl-shaped dough and close it well
5. Make several dough in the same way as above.
6. Place it on an oiled pan and bake it back and forth
7. When one side of the dough is colored brown, press it gently to press it to spread it wide. You can use your flat spatula. Please be careful when you press not to lick out of hot melted sugar water.
8. When the pancakes are spread enough to be thin and both side are brown colored, let it cool a bit
9. Place pancakes on a plate and add as much ice cream as you like
10. Add as much ice mango as you like
